Swaccs December workshop 2026 - “Emerging Challenges of PFAS and TFA – Integrating a One Health Approach”
Please save the date for the upcoming Swaccs December workshop 2026.
When: December 11, 10:00 – 16:30
Where: Karolinska Institutet, Solna
What: "Emerging Challenges of PFAS and TFA – Integrating a One Health Approach."
PFAS pollution is entering a new phase. While legacy PFAS remain persistent challenges for human health and the environment, increasing attention is turning to highly mobile and persistent substances such as TFA, with potential implications for water resources, agriculture, food production and ecosystems.
We invite you to save the date for this national workshop bringing together leading researchers and agency experts to address the critical challenges of PFAS and TFA. This event provides a platform to come together, critically discuss, and examine our national situation under a unified One Health perspective. Join us to bridge science and policy, ignite vital discussions, and help shape holistic, sustainable solutions for our shared environment.
